IS THERE A MINIMUM TIME COMMITMENT?

The length of the coaching varies for each client. While most work with me for 6-12 months (or more), there is a minimum commitment of 3-months. Quick fixes and overnight results are not my approach. I prioritize healthy, sustainable, and enjoyable progress and follow a coaching model backed by research for optimal outcomes.

WHAT KIND OF DIET PLAN WILL I RECEIVE?

You will be provided with a personalized nutrition management solution. While many of the plans do involve tracking calories and macronutrients, it is because these metrics have been scientifically proven to guarantee results with proper adherence.

 

As a certified nutrition coach, I am well-versed in a variety of research backed diet strategies, allowing us to identify what should be included or excluded from your plan. By implementing the right calorie and macronutrient balance for your specific needs, and tracking your progress through various health-biofeedback markers, we ensure that consistent results are achieved. 

Do I need any apps?

Yes! All of your coaching will take place through a custom app. Your training plan, nutrition strategy and all communication will be delivered directly to your phone. Allowing you to take me with you wherever you go, and to seek support at a moment's notice.

After signing up, I will provide instructions to log on to the portal and begin your program immediately!

How much does coaching with Alyssa Cost?

This is an exclusive custom coaching program that prioritizes getting results. Typical investment is a couple hundred per month for the level of exclusivity and support I provide. Ask about my nutrition only or fitness only packages as well.

HOW OFTEN WILL I TALK TO alyssa?

You will have unlimited access me, giving you the freedom to communicate as often as needed. Everyone's journey is unique, so the frequency of communication depends on how often you require support and answers to your questions.

There is also the option to have monthly strategy calls to go over any sticky points, goal changes, plan adjustments, or training questions.

I value the connections made with my clients and pride myself on those relationships. As a lifestyle coach, I'm dedicated to providing you with the support, accountability, and guidance you need to achieve your goals.

What if I decide this is not for me?

If after your first four months of coaching, you are not pleased with your results we will issue a full refund. This is contingent on the following.

  • 80% adherence to training program and nutrition tracking.

  • Submitting all reports and measurements.

  • Booking all strategy calls (if applicable)

Your friends are my friends. If you have someone who you think would be a good fit, please let me know! For the referral, I will extend 50% off of one month of service.
